We provide exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, wood restoration, gutter cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning. All services are subject to availability, weather, and scheduling.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and non-obligatory. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and additional service requirements. Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice if rescheduling or canceling. Weather-related delays may occur — in those cases we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Ensure exterior water access is available
- Secure pets, vehicles, and personal items
- Notify us of any fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or concerns
We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable surfaces, deteriorated materials, or issues unrelated to our work.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless previously agreed in writing.
6. Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the work, notify us within 48 hours and we will make every reasonable effort to fix the issue.
7. Liability
We carry full insurance. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing surface damage
- Loose siding, deteriorated wood, failing paint, cracked concrete, or aging materials that may react negatively to cleaning
- Property issues outside the scope of our work
8. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the contact form for spam purposes.
9. Updates
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
